No prior experience is required! Our Elements and Mat classes are perfect for beginners, with modifications provided to match all levels of fitness.

We keep our classes small to offer personalised attention. Group classes have a maximum of 12 participants, while Semi-Private sessions are limited to 4 people.

We have both open classes and also Pre/Post Natal classes which are specifically designed for women’s health, with exercises tailored to the needs of prenatal and postnatal clients, including mums and bubs.
